Welcome to the Brighton Natural Health Centre - Brighton's leading holistic movement centre. We're situated in the centre of the city, in the North Laine area, just around the corner from Infinity Foods. Set up as a registered charity by Infinity Foods over twenty five years ago, we were the 1st dedicated centre to provide yoga and Tai Chi in Brighton. We now provide more than 60 classses a week with several of the finest teachers in the area. We're constantly updating our array of classes, so why not check out what we currently have on offer!
