Fitnatherapy

We operate our business from a Personal Training Studio just on the border of Hove in the Lovely Setting of The Lady Bee Marina. As you can see from the photos, the Studio is well equiped. There is massage facilities. Only Personal Trainers and their customers train out of the studio, which works really well as many of our customers are a little gym shy. We currently have trained from this location for many years and I can honestly say that one of the reasons that this Personal Training Studio works, has to do with the very comfortable and often amusing social environment.
